Frequently Asked Questions
  • How do I clean the cloth?
There are many brushes on the market today that will help keep your cloth clean, although for long term use that is not what we recommend. We recommend using a light suction vaccuum with a 2" brush attachment. You MUST make certain that your vaccum is not "lifting" the cloth away from the table, you can test this in the center of the table the first time you use the vaccuum. The brush is great for daily cleaning but once every 3 months you will need to use the vaccuum to keep the chalk dust from building up under the cloth. If your vaccuum is just too powerful then you can also use a damp wash cloth to clean the felt. This will also help lift the dust out of the cloth.

  • How much space do I need around my table?
The minimum space you would need around your pool table for a clean stroke would be 62" to the edge of the cushion (where the playing surface begins). That is to accomodate for a standard 58" cue stick.

  • Can I move my pool table within the same room?
Moving your table even 1 inch could throw off the playing surface, or even worse pop the slate seams. We recommend you contact a professional for this task. We provide that service as well.

  • My pool balls seem to wobble when they come to a stop...
A common cause of this issue, is a ball that is not perfectly balanced - often found in a lower grade set of balls. The best solution for this problem is to upgrade the ball set you currently have.
